[9.080][BUG]Captive portal blocks all traffic on all interfaces

Hi, 

After upgrading tot 080 beta i noticed that all traffic except webadmin was stopped by the captive portal.

by just browing to an ip i got the following error in my browser:
"No hotspot configured on this interface" 

in my current configuration the hotspot is only enabled for one Wifi network (configured with separate zone) but not for the net i'm using.

Turning of the portal fixed it for now.

    Yup. Same thing on my end. Same goes for anything down a UTM red to red tunnel.
    One instance is a VM on ESXi 5.1 and the other end is a 320. Both running latest beta. Same thing happens at both ends. I thought I was just going crazy and messed something up. Glad I looked here.

    EDIT: Everything works fine via VPN (SSL)
