[9.080][BUG] Web Protection scroll bar missing

Hi,
somebody stole the slider (scroll bar) in the Web Protection -> Advanced -> Skip transparent destinations .....
The page scrolls up and down if you put your mouse in the space for the scroll bar and move it up and down. Yes, there is more than a window of applications entered.

MAC Mountain Lion and FF 19.0.2

Yep! are some cosmetics that are not really nice.
Missing some buttons to add or interface reconnect in Android browser for example
What do you guys think we should divide them in different threats?
