Ah the nuances of design choices. Many like just minimal-icons to click, others like full buttons with labels. Not that it is a vote, but sound off here...interested to know who prefers what, its always a good conversation. (I personally hate text and like icons for everything, and a tooltip if you hover for a longer period to remind you if the icon isnt familiar enough).
