[9.075][FEATURE] Blackberry Video chat application control needed

BlackBerry Video Chat uses the following ports and port forwarding must be enabled for the application to work on a traffic restricted network:

    443 (TCP)
    3478 (TCP)
    3478 (UDP)
    45535 to 65535 (UDP) 


BlackBerry Video Chat communicates with the following addresses; therefore, they need to be white-listed:

    sip.voip.blackberry.com:443
    stun.voip.blackberry.com:3478 

We need an application control setup for BlackBerry video chat.  This would be used for control, qos as well as a helper to allow it to work and connect behind a sophos UTM since it uses many ports, the udp ones being dynamic.  Though the document I link to is for the Playbook, it is the same feature in BlackBerry 10s BBM video chat and uses all the same ports etc.  Setting up basic rules for the static tcp ports isn't a big issue, but the large range of udp ports they also use should be detected and auto opened for this traffic only.
