[9.075][BUG] Blue Display Pictures in Executive Report are stretched

Hi,

ive found a small UI Issue in the daily executive reports. the blue PC Monitor Icon is also being stretched to the size of the country flags, whereas the image itself is not. i think its just an html width="" issue but havent dig into.
i attached an explanatory image.

I found this issue in the latest UTM 9.1 Beta and it can also be found in the 9.0 tree.
