[9.075][BUG] French user portal formatting

Hi, the french user portal has some unusual characters however since I am using the US keyboard this might only be a bug on my version and not on a french system. By the way I am using latest chrome on win7

You can also note that the new iOS/Android VPN SSL profile menu is still in english and not translated.

Hi,
translations don't usually happen until the soft release of the GA version.
Billybob is picking up on existing translations if that makes sense?
