[9.075][BUG] httpproxy segfault in libssl

Hello ,

 httpproxy[6124]: segfault at 20 ip 00000000f7717e28 sp 00000000f3787b70 error 4 in libssl.so.1.0.0[f76d9000+5c000] 

this was just after update 
pls let me know which other log will help you to understand/diagnose this issuse

    Hi utm_kid,

    Could you provide us the http.log for that time?

    Also, if (as root) you could get us a backtrace from coredumps?

    (gdb) bt full


    Also, what were you doing around the time of the segfault?  Had you just enabled a certain feature?  Did you just change a network setting?

    I have a similar issue, that has continued after the upgrade, but in a different program.


    2013:03:09-12:04:36 cats-kingdom kernel: [104256.314114] websec-reporter[5482]: segfault at 3d0f00 ip 00000000f74f37f3 sp 00000000f63eea58 error 4 in libc-2.11.3.so[f747c000+167000]
    2013:03:09-12:04:54 cats-kingdom kernel: [104273.789691] websec-reporter[5504]: segfault at 3d0f00 ip 00000000f75a17f3 sp 00000000f649ca58 error 4 in libc-2.11.3.so[f752a000+167000] 

    It basically happens every time  user access the internet with a web browser. Proxy is in transparent mode.

    this are two differant issuse as you said this is websec-reporter and my mine is httpproxy 
    your is libc and mine is libssl

    i am not able to browse any https site with https scanning enable ,i have to disable https scanning and enable pf rule to web browsing 
    edit:can you provide http.log (web filtering) for that same time ,it will help them to understand that problem  ,you can start with your create thread also for websec-segfault
