[9.070][FEATURE] pdf without acrobat or xpdf

Hello ,

In Daily Executive Report we have " In the attachment, you can find the Executive Report in PDF format.
To read and print PDF documents, you need a special reader such as
Adobe's Acrobat Reader or Xpdf."

but this aged line if you look at latest brower they are support acrobat's pdf file nativeily you dont require any other 3rd party software for that  ,for above message we can add or you should have latested chrome or firefox brower 

if i want to go extrame i will say this statement is false as i am able to use pdf file without useing acrobad reader of xpdf or document viewer (on linux )
