[9.070][CLOSED] Download log pop-up shown outside visible area

Hi,

when viewing a log (especially the ones at the bottom of the log section (so that you have to scroll down), the pop-up asking if you want to open the log (see screenshot), is shown outside the visible area. You have to scroll up again in order to see the pop-up and open the log. This happens with Firefox 19, IE opens the log immediately without showing the pop-up. Chrome also displays the pop-up out of sight.
