[9.070][MYTH] Incorrect Live Flow Monitor Now Usage

Hi All

I was watching a streaming Http music channel on my TV and I thought I would check the Flow monitor to see what it was seeing.
On the "Dashboard" I could see a fairly constant stream.
When I clicked to bring up the "Live Flow Monitor", even sitting and watching for 5-10 minutes the "Live Flow Monitor" was not showing anything like the "Dashboard.
