Just FYI, you should be able to use a RED Tunnel between two ASG devices to achieve this.

sorry, but without Tunnel GRE this is impossible between UTM and Juniper or UTM and Cisco....

No, it's not. There is also a RED appliance available that you could hook up to a Cisco or whatever.
