Hi, this is a strange cosmetic bug. When I initially installed my UTM from scratch, I installed 9.060, ran the wizard without choosing any settings (by clicking next at each prompt [:D]) and then upgraded to 9.065 without installing the backup or license.
This makes the Management -->Restore Backup screen appear as in screenshot1

I was able to get the correct screen after killing the webadmin.plx process. So I assume this error only occurs initially for some reason and once the browser is closed for extended period of time, the webadmin.plx process would timeout and the new session would have the correct layout.
Tested on Google Chrome Version 24.0.1312.57 m on windows 7 64 bit.
