[9.065][BUG] FTP proxy not working

ftp proxy not working in trasnparnt mode 


ftp://ftp.astaro.de/pub/UTM/v9/beta/asg-9.065-9.1.iso

    for me it's NOT working too, tried some ftp sites without success:
