both work fine here..of course i have my max scan set to 10 meg...trying to scan the entire iso would require at least 2 gigs of additional ram on top of what you have in there now. if you are having an issue i bet you have your scan limit set too high.
I have to agree with the utm_kid, the ftp does not work.
I tried on two different utms running 9.065-009 1/. was on a mac running ff 18.1 time out error. 2/. PC running ff 181. and ie 9 both returned timeout errors 3/. on the second utm, running ff18.1 on a mac another timeout error.
The webadmin dashboard didn't show any traffic, so it has nothing to do with anti-virus scanning settings.
ftp helpers are enabled. At the time I wasn't able to find any log entries, will test again.

Cleared cache, re-ran the test, still the same message 452 unable to establish a connection. The ftp log shows the client terminated the connection after some time.
