[9.060][CLOSED] Endpoint Stopped working after EndPoint Server Maint

Hi All
When I first build this UTM end point reported working with one machine.

Then some time after (I would say after the Server Maintenance) this showed "Offline".

I can see one problem in the log files that the UTM "Can't talk to Sophos LiveConnect"
But not why the "Laptop" that has the "endpoint software" installed stopped.

    I'm not sure what you mean by "please go to "Endpoint Protection" and tell us what do you see in the grey mouse-over field ("Last seen...")"
    If I go to my UTM and in the Endpoint Protection Stataus Page I see the "Kaptop online "Green Light" and Alert Status Field OK, but this has not been the problem.
    The only problem has been that the client does not get updates.
