[9.060][CLOSED] Database on amazon

Hello ,

from http/web filtering log after database restart it give error 

"  2013:01:25-08:53:22 acenn httpproxy[5350]: id="0003" severity="info" sys="SecureWeb" sub="http" request="(nil)" function="sc_handle_cmd" file="scr_scanner.c" line="502" message="ec2-54-252-47-139.ap-southeast-2.compute.amazonaws.com: write: Connection refused"  "

so it could not download database for contect filter  ?

    So you can delete this other wise this will counted as a "NOISE"

    to me its bug as per wiki "  A software bug is an error, flaw, mistake, failure, or fault in a computer program or system that produces an incorrect or unexpected result, or causes it to behave in unintended ways. "

    i discover this functional issues
