[9.060][MYTH] Astaro support

Hello ,

Dashboard>>support >>contact support  click on "open support ticket in new window" when you click on that it unable to open site and give error " The connection was reset"

same as Dashboard support some of options are not working some are working

    i think its problem with ssl certificates this is not just astaro support site 

    i am faceing this problem on ubunutu 12.04.1  with browser version 18.01

    when i tryed to download certicate from

    so its not myth i will check later all sites with windows and update post

    I've created a ticket for our IT to renew the about to expire *.astaro.com certificate.

    A missing intermediate CA in the webserver certificate is a known-issue with our HTTP-Proxy (it then requires the intermediate CA preinstalled at UTM). The necessary CA can be added via a pattern up2date, this is a nice new feature of UTM v9.1.

    if you don't have can you just add some more details about rapid ssl certificate and ubuntu and astaro 

    another issuse i notice i got same error on window when i using country clocking then i remove county blocking it work fine 

    execption for server ?
