    In the post above you quote the reverse proxy log. The message 
    (111)Connection refused: AH00957: HTTP: attempt to connect to 192.168.3.125:80 (192.168.3.125) failed

    indicates that you have either the real web server with the IP address 192.168.3.125 or your configuration is broken. Both are not a bug. Can you please check both?

    Regarding the log message at the bottom of your post:

    Can you please provide more information about this message.[:S] Does it relate to an error? If so, please answer in a few words the questions below:

    • What were you doing when the message occurred?
    • What did you expect to happen?
    • What happened instead?
