[9.060][BUG] HTTP proxy fails to create diskcache after 'clear cache'

Hello Sir, 

i have many problem with http but i am not jumping to create thread  ( you will called  flood of thread )

when i try to watch  some video no NDTV.com: India, Business, Bollywood, Cricket, Video and Breaking News small video play well but big video just stop and http log is flooded with log but at the end you dont get video 

do you have any idea on
