[9.060][BUG] Packet filter rules don't match position in live log

Hi with the addition of automatic packet filter rules, the numbering of rules isn't working correctly. I have 3 auto created rules so my rules start at packet filter rule #4 in live log although in webadmin it still shows it as rule #1.
