[9.060][BUG] Time based restrictions

Hi,

under Wireless protection the time-bases access restriction will be activated
1 hour to early:

example: if the access should be disabled at 20:00 it will be disabled at 19:00

    timezone is Europe/Berlin

    Update:  1 hour to early is wrong.

    If i select a time restriction under Wireless Netzworks (Lunch weekend or every other)
    the "SSID is not broadcasted now,  due to time-based access" at every time.

    Today its weekend but if time base access for weekend is enabled the SSID
    is disabled. 

    i have now created a time rule from 00:00 to 23:59 every day, but same problem,
    if i select it for time restriction under wireless networks the ssid is disabled atonce.
