[9.060][BUG] How to create static dhcp mapping

Hello ,
i have may dhcp server configure on asg 

when i tryed to configuration static ip from desktop with 192.168.7.100 dhcp server  ,its starting range is from 101 but why it say server is 101 it should be .100 ?

even after i am not able to create static ip from desktop

bug?

    I was wondering out loud if .100 is the first IP address in a subneted Network. (Which I don't know how the Astaro rules would handle that).
    That image is for the DHCP Server (Of which all the information supplied looks valid).
    I was asking under Interfaces & Routing > Interfaces. What the eth1 Interface IP address and subnet mask is?

    I hope this clears my question.
