[9.060][BUG] Bootsplash year 2012

Hello ,

please check image for Copyrights year
in allmost all scrren Copyrights year is 2013
but in bootsplash its 2012

It's not literally hardcoded, but obviously the image hasn't been replaced. I guess that's the nature of BETA releases...
