[9.060][BUG] RED Interface Status on Dashboard - Link Down

I guess that I'll get the ball rolling here, before Wingman reports 500 things/minute.  ;P

Hopefully this isn't just me, but...

RED interfaces show as state up, link down on the dashboard.  Tried with three different REDs on two different 9.060-24 installs (one hardware, one virtual).  Tried with RED interfaces set as both DHCP and static.  Tried cycling RED Interfaces as well as deleting and re-creating the interfaces.

Traffic still passes and the world still turns, so doesn't appear to cause any problems.
