Public IP Address 0.0.0.0 since upgrading SUM Server

Not sure if this should be posted on the SUM or UTM board.

SUM : 4.180-18
UTM 110/120: 9.200011

Fresh install of 9.200011 on the UTM from a boot CD. Once joined to the SUM server the public IP shows as 0.0.0.0 which prevents WebAdmin from opening when invoked from the SUM interface.

Also (but maybe unrelated) I can access the UTM WebAdmin from it's external IP and it reports to the SUM Server across the internet but nothing inside the UTM LAN can browse the internet.

I followed the instructions here (Sophos UTM device IP is not updated in the Sophos UTM Manager) for manually running iplocator.plx but it fails with this error:

"Can't call method "answer" on an undefined value at iplocator.pl line 264."

This is happening on two brand new UTM's that I'm setting up in the office before deploying on-site. I usually set them up here and then change the external interface definition for the site's ISP before deployment (so the SUM needs to be able to recognize an ext IP change).  These are the first I've tried configuring since upgrading SUM to 4.180-18.


EDIT:  If the SUM deployment method matters, I created a backup of the previous SUM implementation (the latest, 4.104 I think), installed 4.180 in a fresh VM and then applied that backup to it.
