[3.0][FEATURE] Suggestion - Indicating waiting on data

Hi,

Before data for the Reports pages arrives (which sometimes take 15 seconds) the UI currently shows '...' which looks a bit final. 

To give the user the expectation that this might change, I.e. something is happening, it maybe be worth displaying some sort of Facebook style loading indicator. E.g.

I can appreciate putting an animated gif in every square in "Report Summary" page then might look a bit chaotic but as the data is only split 3 ways, maybe just 3 loading graphics could be used.
