[2.3][CLOSED] Dashboard - Expand and Collapse fails - IE10

Hi,

I noticed that the expand/collapse mechanism for high (red) alerts doesn't work at the moment in IE10 (I was using IE 10 on a Win 7 (64-bit) client).  medium and information work ok.

If I view it with Chrome it works fine.
