[2.3][CLOSED] Updates to Sophos Cloud

I attempted to access the Sophos Cloud interface yesterday and could not connect. In hindsight this was likely due to the upgrade to version 2.3 taking place at the time. 
However when the system is out of beta, how will updates be handled? At the very least I think some notification/redirect should be displayed to users trying to access the interface during down time. 
Should we expect downtime during upgrades after beta or will the load be migrated to other servers to allow seamless upgrades?

    Hi,
    our goal is that updates should always be seamless and not be visible for customers. In case we absolutely need to interrupt the service we'll try to communicate that as early as possible, and we're also working on a holding page that can be shown. Since we want to avoid this it hasn't been high on our priority list yet.
