[2.3][FEATURE] Reset deployment email template

Hi all,

If an edit is made to the deployment email there doesn't seem to be any way to reset to defaults. For the most part this isn't too much of a concern but if someone overwrites the %% link tag in the template they have no way of getting it back if they can't remember what the link was.
