[1.1][CLOSED] Failed to load all required APIs on Initial Setup

Operating System: Windows 7 Professional (x64)
Browser: Chrome 26.0.1410.64 m

I logged in and started at the Initial Setup screen, upon reaching the deployment(?) section I clicked the dropdown and I received a popup saying "Failed to load all required APIs!".

I tried to continue and it did nothing, I refreshed the page and now I receive the same message with a blank page.

Hi,
that's weird. Some backend system seems to not have returned data (at least before a timeout hit). At what time/date did you do this? This would be helpful for us to point it to some log entries. Does the error persist for you?

I have tried with the latest versions of Internet Explorer, Firefox and Chrome. All reproduce the same issue. I also tried clearing cookies and the same issue occured.

I don't have a time of the error unfortunately, however I have tried again and it has taken me to the step it failed at.
