I can get it to hang in IE9 & 10 (Win7/8) quite regularly by changing a policy, not hitting save, going to a different section on that policy (ie from malware to device control) and then clicking on “Create” from the side menu. Really it should warn me that I’ve not saved it before attempting to leave (it doesn’t) but then it hangs anyway. I have to F5 it to make it work.
