[1.1][CLOSED] manage users control - jump to the top on reload

Hello,

Again rather minor but in the manage users control, if you scroll beyond the displayed entries and highlight an entry with a view to modify it, when it fills the details on the right, the scroll bar returns to the top on the refresh so the user is no longer highlighted.
