[1.1][CLOSED] Send instructions control

Hi,

Quite minor but if you select all users (Settings-Deployment- top checkbox) with a view to email instructions, but wish to un-tick 1 or more users specifically - The act on un-checking a user then greys out the "Send instructions" button. You then need to toggle a user you wish to send an email to leave the last state as checked to re-enable the button.
