Could you please let me know the IP address of http://dci.sophosupd.com

This is needed to allow access through the firewall to test machines

Simply use a "DNS Host" object definition at the firewall

I would suggest the same as trollvottel, because there is no guarantee that the ip-addresses behind the domain stay the same.
If that's not possible just do a nslookup and use the ip-addresses you get from there.
