I have installed the client and to prove it was working went to sophostest.com and clicked on Malware. I got the alert popup to say I had gone to a malicious site. Should that detection appear in the Resolved Detections Graph and, if so, how long can I expect before it appears. It's a simple way of checking the system.
The Resolved Detections graph shows infections that were cleaned up automatically. Threats blocked by the URL filtering do not get reported as infections, nor do they cause us to attempt a cleanup, so they do not feature in this graph.
We could change the graph to show both resolved malware and prevented malware. If we did, we should probably adjust the graph title to reflect this.
