[1.0][FEATURE] Settings - Administration - Text change / create superadmin

Hi,

The "Settings" - "Administration" page where you can see the accounts has the text:

"You can create additional administrator accounts.  The currently logged in administrator cannot be deleted."

As far as I can tell, this is true for any logged in admin account so just a wording update required?

Also, if Admin1 is trying to delete Admin2, he would have to wait (x?) minutes for Admin2's session to expire if Admin2 didn't log off using the "Logout" option.
