I could verify the typo in the deployment e-mail and opened a ticket as noted above.
My deployment e-mails, using my sophos.com addreess, didn't land in the Junk folder, so maybe you have some user specific settings which caused this. Anyway, we're going to test this more thoroughly e.g. with public e-mail accounts like g-mail.
