Question: RED and VLANs?

At first, thanks for RED-Beta.
Our Devices we´ve got at 09.03.2010 an the first RED works since Friday in homeoffice of my teammate.

We have set a home net at first.
But now, we would add an VoIP-Phone.
In our company network we have an VoIP-Net with VLAN-ID.
Now we would use this to access the IP-Phone to this network.
But when we configure the Network-Device with VLAN-ID of VoIP-Net, we do'nt have a chance connect an extra Client-LAN with or without other VLAN than VoIP Net.

How should solve this request?

I think the solution is to use one home net an fixed IP on VoIP-Phone.

But i'm looking for an alternative to use the Client-PC and VoIP-Phone behind the RED as same way like clients in company network.
