RED device locked

Hi,
i allso send this to support but i realized that i probably shoud do it here,

i managed to get my device locked (i forgot to write down the unlock key before restoring a backup) 
can someone please unlock my device or send me the inlock key ?
the device ID is: A300000FA6DA20C
