RED tries to connect to wrong IP

Hi, 

I have done the setup.
But RED wants to connect to 172.16.254.254 and not to my Gateay IP.
This Network is not available on my Astaro, except an 172.20.1.0/24 via VPN.

What is wrong?

edit:
There was a config upload error within the RED log, so I checked the Firewall in front of Astaro. Know I get 3400 connect to 172.16.254.254 and 79.125.34.212 but no tunnel.
The RED device is behind a Linksys router with dd-wrt. It seems RED is not able to get his config from the Astaro Service.

    On the ASG, try "telnet red.astaro.com 3400". If you get a TCP connection, that is fine. If it just hangs, the upstream FW is in the way.

    I just checked the registry service. Curiously, your 2 devices have valid configs that point to "mailgw.dokumenta.de". Is that correct? So it seems the upload has worked before. Once at 19:54 for the A300001402AA314 device, and once at 19:16 for the A3000014058C83D device.

    Can you tell me the current external IP of the DD-WRT router? Then I can check if the RED has tried to pull the config.
