Split tunneling and fiexed WAN IP on the RED

Hello

Thank you for the very nice RED's
I have been the first in action
 Now I have 2 questions:

where can i change the RED to make split tunneling to go local into the Internet?
Where can I change the DHCP WAN IP on Red to Fix WAN IP?

    ..or..
    build your split by topology change: you have a local router providing internet & dhcp - so change RED-lan to match this router's internal net, connect a RED-LANx port to the router too and give the router a route pointing to RED for tunnel-traffic;
    if you use the router as the DGW you have a split..
