Apparently it is for Taxes and Duty. I wasn't here to talk to the guy. 

It is a first for me, but Angelo C. replied to my email and told me it is normal (since he is in Canada too, guess he should know )

It is only for $20.19 CAD. I will pay it when they come again.

FYI.. info on my charges from FedEx.. $9.51 Gov Tax, $10.00 FedEx fee, $0.50 Tax on FedEx fee.

The charges were because the package came from Germany. Only electronic products coming from the USA do not get charged taxes because of the NAFTA agreement.

Oh well, $20 is so worth it for this!
