ich habe eine RED Box gebraucht erworben; ich habe aber keinen unlock Code; die Seriennummer lautet: A35012ABF5B9D2E; gibt es eine Möglichkeit das Gerät zurückzusetzen oder einen unlock Code zu bekommen?

I have just translated it in English ao every one understands the post and reply.

I bought a RED box used; I have no unlocked code; the serial number is: A35012ABF5B9D2E; Is there a way to reset the device or get an unlock code?
