Is the Beta reversable?

Hi

If I put the public beta OS on my production SG650 is it reversible back to the old OS easily by means of a restore of a previous backup? Does the backup and restore process include the OS version? I did ask Sophos for a VM trial so I could get used to it, but none was forthcoming and I would like to see it as I feel my SG650 on v9.3 is lacking some basic features my web appliances used to have.

You can download whichever style of installer you want including a vm from https://www.sophos.com/en-us/lp/copernicus-beta/firewallos.aspx .

The feature set of the UTM and copernicus are not the same so for example if you are relying on specially tuned profiles in http proxy, they may or may not work in copernicus.

This is still beta software. I would wait till the GA is released before putting it in production. Even then, try it in a vm before you commit to putting it in production.
