At our datacenter, virtual machines access the internet via fail-over IPs that have to be used in combination with the default gateway of the hypervisor.
This leads to the situation where i.e. the fail-over IPs are located in the 212.83.*.* range whereas the default gateway of the hypervisor resides in the 62.210.*.* range. Currently, such a configuration is not allowed by Copernicus. According to the error messaage, both IPs have to be on the same network. Since the subnet mask cannot be set to 0.0.0.0, there is no way around this limitation.
In UTM 9, the described setup is possible without any problems.
Conclusion: For the moment we cannot use Copernicus at all. [:(]
