I do not know if this idea is already into Sophos's Plan, but more information on HW will be appreciated, such as: fan speed, CPU and System Board Temp, S.M.A.R.T Disk info and others.
This info should be available on Dashboard, reporting and email alert too.
It happens that on some small appliances, the fan does not run anymore and system crashes or is so hot that you can cook eggs.
An alert would save time and HW too.
Of course HW information should be available for both HW and SW Sophos products. Today, all bios have these kind of valuable information.
