Good morning.
I have enabled support access for Sophos Develops for 2 days and now support access is disabled (time has expired). However, on dashboard I get a service alert saying that supportaccess service is stopped.
Looking into services, there is not supportaccess service (I think is correct) but alarm should not come because Support Access has expired. Is it a bug?
