Network rule - blocked page message

Actually, the only way I have found is to use a custom message instead of the captive portal. You go in : System > Authentication > Authentication Services, below you have "Captive Portal Settings", there you select "Custom Message" instead of captive portal. PLease find attachment as example.

Don't know if there is a better way.

Please change this  from System > System Services > Authentication Services  --> Captive Portal Settings 

You can choose Unauthenticated users settings to Custom Message.

That's a "nice" workaround, but then you miss the error message to the user (example: site blocked because in category "Anonymizers")

Where do I setup file extension blocking? I only want to worn users and allow then to reject  
or allow the file download without any password.
