Web Category not working anymore

Hi All,

I noticed from 2 days ago that URL filtering is not stopping ADS content. From log I can see that no site is categorized so Policy is not working.

See attached pitctures. The appliance has been rebooted with no difference.

Application control, instead, is working with no issue.

Hi Luk,

Can you please check if your Copernicus is able to communicate with Cloud categorization server or not.

Domain & Port : coc.wing.sophosxl.net & peakcoc.wing.sophosxl.net ( Port 80,443,6060 & 6061)

Hi Sneha,

today Web categorization is working again. I did not change nothing. ADS are not blocked (authentication required).
I tried to look into Web Filtering log when web category was working again but are so many pages that is very difficult to find the exact moment.

Do you need log or CTR ?
