When I disable a service (screenshot1), the dashboard turns orange to inform me of stopped services and I can click on the services icon to check which servies are stopped/not working(screenshot2).
However if I reboot the machine with the same services stopped, the icon turns back to green. Whats the point of a services icon that won't remind me if the service is really broken/stopped after startup (screenshot3)when its really not running?(screenshot4)
